Job summary

HSBC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Strategy & Change Delivery team in Mexico. The role will coordinate ISO migration efforts, manage multi-site plans, and ensure governance across regional projects within the Operations function.

You will liaise with Process Owners, function heads, and regional teams to align deliverables with business requirements and timelines, driving impactful change in a dynamic global bank environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and verbal, for interacting with global stakeholders.
• Strong change management and business development experience within a large organisation.
• Process flow documentation and mapping experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of milestones from inception to implementation for strategic initiatives within Operations; ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Maintain ongoing engagement with regional stakeholders and SCD counterparts; manage risks, issues and dependencies.
• Ensure governance under HSBC Change Framework is applied across projects and updates are recorded in the system.
• Drive site-level plans and interlock schedules with internal and external teams; support Transformers and innovation initiatives within Mexico.
