Job summary

HSBC is seeking an experienced People Enablement and Lead Learning Practitioner in Mexico City with a hybrid work style. You will represent People Enablement for the region, align with INSPIRED for the region, and support the Americas in local time zones while contributing to global priorities.

The role involves building relationships, delivering a broad range of trainings for the Americas time zone, preparing learning MI, and coordinating the CDT team's support to meet market needs.

• Produce senior leader enablement reporting and dashboards.
• Coordinate training delivery for the broader CDT team to meet local market needs.
