Job summary

HSBC is seeking a People Enablement and Lead Learning Practitioner to drive learning strategies and delivery across the Americas region from the Global Service Center. You will partner with senior stakeholders to design, implement and measure a broad range of training programs that support business growth and capability development.

Qualifications

• Experienced learning and development practitioner with fluency in the full learning cycle.
• Strong leadership skills – leading a virtual, global team.
• Strong influencing skills – ability to influence at all levels.
• Collaborations and teamwork to deliver on shared goals.

Responsibilities

• Build stakeholder relationships to identify learning needs and prioritise these in line with the global strategy of MSS Operations.
• Promote learning in the region to increase participation.
• Deliver a broad range of training for the Americas time zone – business, product, future skills and Op Op.
• Local People Enablement support for the Americas INSPIRED community.
• Produce senior leader people enablement wide reporting / dashboard.
