Micron Technology, Inc is seeking an experienced Layout Design Engineer to join their HBM Team in Guadalajara, Mexico. This role involves the design and development of critical analog and mixed-signal layouts and requires collaboration with global engineering teams.

A successful candidate will have over 12 years of experience in advanced CMOS layout design, with expertise in Cadence tools, and a strong understanding of analog layout fundamentals. Micron offers robust benefits including medical, dental, and paid family leave.

Formación

• 12+ years of experience in analog/custom layout design in advanced CMOS process.
• Expertise in Cadence VLE/VXL and Mentor Graphic Calibre DRC/LVS is a must.
• Hands-on experience in creating layouts for critical blocks.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop critical analog and mixed-signal layouts.
• Perform layout verification like LVS/DRC/Antenna.
• Lead planning, area/time estimation, and execution for projects.
