Agilent Technologies Mexico is seeking an Applications Scientist to deliver scientific and technical expertise in LC-MS. The role supports the sales team through pre-sales technical and application assistance, customer demonstrations, training, and on-site or remote troubleshooting.

The candidate will analyze customer requirements, present technical solutions, and ensure satisfaction while aligning closely with R&D and product marketing. Travel up to 75% is required.

Formación

• Mandatory LC-MS experience and knowledge of analytical chemistry.
• Experience delivering wet-lab support and data analysis in clinical or related labs.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to train customers.

Responsabilidades

• Provide pre-sales technical and application support to the sales team.
• Conduct customer demonstrations, seminars, and benchmarks.
• Deliver training and post-sale technical support to customers.
• Troubleshoot remotely and on-site; document feedback per policy.
