Agilent Technologies Mexico is seeking a Field Service Engineer for Chromatography to provide on-site technical support in Morelia. You will install, configure, and maintain chromatography hardware and software, troubleshoot complex instrument issues, and ensure system performance meets customer expectations.

You will travel to customer sites up to 75% of the time within northern Mexico, deliver product trainings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Formación

• Candidate must be located in Morelia, MX.
• 1+ year of experience in a similar role or as an end user of HPLC systems.
• Mexican passport and U.S. Visa.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to customer sites.
• Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, optimize, and maintain hardware, software, and networks at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment, system, and product performance issues promptly.
• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and qualifications.
• Conduct on-site training, seminars, and knowledge sharing for field engineers and customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions.
