Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• Post-graduate, certification, and/or license may be required.
• Typically, at least 1-2+ years relevant experience with applications.

Responsabilidades

• Provide pre-sales technical and application support for the sales team.
• Deliver demonstrations, presentations, and seminars to potential customers.
• Assist with sample analysis and customer requirements analysis.
• Troubleshoot remotely and on-site; ensure customer satisfaction and post-sales support.
