Agilent Technologies is seeking a Field Service Engineer for Chromatography in Morelia. You will provide on-site technical support for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Agilent and multi-vendor systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Travel to customer sites will be required, with broad collaboration across departments. The role requires a relevant degree, 1+ years in a similar role or HPLC end-user experience, and strong English communication.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or related scientific discipline.
• 1+ years of experience in a similar role or as an end user of HPLC systems.
• Mexican passport and U.S. Visa
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel to customer sites.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 45%+ of the time.
• Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site technical support for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, qualification, and repair of Agilent and multi-vendor systems.
• Install, configure, optimize, and maintain hardware, software, and network products at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment, system, and performance issues in a timely manner.
• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and service activities to ensure reliable operation.
• Mentor and train field engineers and end users on equipment operation and best practices.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and ensure compliance with company and customer requirements.
