Agilent Technologies Mexico is seeking a skilled LC-MS professional to support our sales and customers across applications and training. The role involves pre-sales technical support, demonstrations, and collaboration with R&D to integrate Agilent solutions into customer environments.

The ideal candidate has 1–2+ years of LC-MS experience, a science degree, and strong communication for remote and on-site customer interactions. Travel and remote work options are part of the role.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant science field.
• Post-graduate certifications may be required or preferred.
• Typically 1–2+ years of experience with LC-MS applications.

Responsabilidades

• Provide pre-sales technical and application support to the sales team.
• Conduct customer demonstrations, presentations and bench analyses as needed.
• Deliver training and assist customers with wet-lab and data analysis tasks.
• Collaborate with sales, R&D and product marketing to capture customer feedback.
