Greenberg Traurig, LLP is seeking a Billing & Collection Specialist in Mexico City. The role prepares invoices for Billing Attorneys, interacts with clients and staff to drive the collection process, and supports AR analysis, ebill rejections, and refunds as needed.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance and at least 3 years of billing experience in a law firm, with proficiency in Aderant, Prebill Viewer and Ebilling Hub.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred.
• Three or more years prior experience as a Biller within a law firm.
• Proficiency with Aderant software, Prebill Viewer, Ebilling Hub; ebilling experience a plus.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software; strong Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare invoices for Billing Attorneys using Pre-bill Viewer and Aderant.
• Manage accounts receivable and billing processes; assist collections and AR analysis.
• Submit electronic client invoices and accruals via various e-billing websites; respond to questions.
• Proactively communicate AR information to office and firm management.
• Review and edit pre-bills in response to attorney requests; handle high volumes.
• Enter and maintain collection notes; assist with audits and year-end clean-up.
