Landing in Mexico City is seeking a Billing Analyst to join the Billing Team Lead and help manage billing, collections, and account reconciliation. This on-site role requires attention to detail and comfort working with numbers in a fast-paced environment.

You will start with core processes such as appeasements and credits and grow into reconciliations, audits, and variance analysis while collaborating with multiple teams. English proficiency is required, and the office is in Polanco.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (B2-C1) or higher.
• Strong numeric and analytical abilities in a billing context.
• Comfortable working with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Reconcile member accounts to ensure accurate revenue recognition and payouts.
• Process appeasements, refunds, and credits with proper approvals.
• Assist with billing audits, discrepancy resolution, and variance tracking.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot complex billing issues.
• Respond to member billing inquiries with clear, transparent breakdowns.
