Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in e-commerce or technology hiring is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on recruiting across Latin America.
• Proven experience in sourcing and attracting talent for diverse roles, including technical and business positions.
• In-depth knowledge of the LATAM job market, cultural nuances, and recruitment best practices.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in both Spanish and English.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and thrive in a remote work environment.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
