Formación

• University Degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2 to 4 years service center experience with direct customer interaction.
• Familiar with total rewards tools and processes preferred.
• Proven time management skills and urgency.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Administer compensation and benefits including processes and audits.
• Provide continuous improvement and service management for total rewards.
• Vendor management and reporting for US/Canada support.
• Manage retirement plan administration and data analysis.
• Collaborate with HR, CoEs and stakeholders to improve processes.
