Risoul | RS is seeking a Total Rewards & Payroll Specialist to lead compensation, benefits, payroll governance and compliance across LATAM.

The role requires 10+ years in Compensation, Benefits and Payroll, strong English, and hands-on expertise with LATAM labor rules, SAP/SuccessFactors, and HRIS.

You will standardize processes, strengthen controls, and collaborate with Finance, Tax, Legal, People & Culture, and IT to ensure accurate payroll operations and timely reporting.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll.
• Experience with LATAM payroll compliance and labor, tax, and social security regulations.
• Strong knowledge of compensation structures and market benchmarking.

Responsabilidades

• Lead compensation, benefits, payroll governance and compliance across LATAM.
• Standardize payroll processes and controls with regional teams.
• Oversee Mexico payroll operations and related settlements.
• Partner with Finance, Tax, Legal, and IT to ensure timely payroll operations.
