UPL is seeking a LATAM HQ HRBP + COE – Rewards & OE to shape and execute high-impact people strategies for the Latin America region. The role combines HRBP responsibilities for LATAM HQ with Center of Excellence duties in Total Rewards and Organizational Effectiveness, partnering with LATAM leaders and global HR teams to drive transformation, performance, and regional alignment.

Formación

• 8–12 years of progressive HR experience with exposure to global HRBP roles across markets.
• Experience in Total Rewards and Compensation strategy within LATAM preferred.
• Strong understanding of LATAM labor laws, culture, and compliance.
• Proven ability to lead cross-country projects and influence senior leadership.
• Analytical and strategic thinker with data-driven decision making.
• Experience in organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Serve as HRBP for LATAM HQ and COE for Rewards & OE with local adaptation.
• Partner with LATAM leadership and global HR to drive transformation and performance.
• Lead talent priorities, workforce planning, and organizational design.
• Drive engagement initiatives aligned with global frameworks and local needs.
• Manage compliance, policy interpretation, and employee relations in LATAM.
• Coordinate with regional HR teams to standardize practices across countries.
• Use HR analytics to inform business decisions on attrition and engagement.
• Oversee job architecture, market benchmarking, and LATAM compensation cycles.
• Implement SIP automation locally with central teams; address hyperinflation considerations.
• Align rewards with performance and cost efficiency in partnership with Finance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and tax implications in compensation programs.
