Epiroc is seeking a Payroll Specialist for its LATAM Regional Center of Excellence (RCoE) to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery across LATAM. You will work closely with our external payroll provider and Payroll Manager to maintain data integrity, drive improvements, and deliver a seamless employee experience.

The role requires coordination with multi-country stakeholders, strong compliance knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and experience with HR/payroll systems such as

• Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and labor regulations.
• Experience coordinating with external payroll providers or shared services.

Responsabilidades

• Act as primary contact between Epiroc and external payroll vendor to ensure accurate service delivery.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, validations, and outputs with the vendor for timely processing.
• Review payroll results for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, tax, and statutory requirements across LATAM.
• Maintain data quality, integrity and confidentiality in payroll systems.
• Monitor vendor performance and SLAs to address deviations.
• Support payroll systems implementations, enhancements, and automation.
