Confidential, a LATAM-focused employer, is seeking a Payroll Analyst to plan, organize and control all aspects of the payroll function across LATAM countries. You will develop and maintain payroll records, implement internal controls, and supervise the payroll process cycle to ensure accuracy and compliance.

You will enter payroll data into ADP, perform calculations, and post payroll actions. Collaborate with the People+Talent team to verify new hires, terminations, transfers and rate changes,

Formación

• 3+ years of experience running and managing a complex payroll across LATAM countries.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline.
• Fluent in English.
• Knowledge of payroll laws, codes, regulations and standards.
• Experience with ADP People+Talent/Payroll system.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Self-starter with pursuit of excellence and accuracy.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, and control all aspects of the Company’s payroll function; supervise day-to-day payroll processing and schedules.
• Review payroll documentation and reports; audit accuracy; ensure compliance and proper backups.
• Enter payroll into ADP; process calculations and post actions.
• Coordinate with People+Talent to ensure payroll data integrity for audits (new hires, terminations, transfers, rate changes).
• Respond to managers/employees on payroll questions (retroactive pay, taxes, etc.).
• Work with ADP/payroll vendors to distribute paychecks timely and manage direct deposits.
• Manage attendance, vacations, and leaves; maintain employment records per legal requirements and policies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and special projects.
