Hilbert is looking for a Talent Specialist to build our LATAM talent engine across Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Chile and beyond. You will own searches for engineering, AI/ML, product, GTM, growth, and operations, developing talent maps and pipelines in diverse markets.

Formación

• Hands-on sourcing experience across LATAM markets (Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Chile) required.
• Proven track record building pipelines and engaging passive candidates.
• Ability to calibrate searches with hiring managers and use market data.

Responsabilidades

• Build LATAM talent pipelines across Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Chile and beyond.
• Source across multiple functions from engineering & AI/ML to GTM, growth, ops, and corporate roles.
• Turn hiring needs into sourcing strategies; map markets and identify talent pools.
• Develop outreach that yields responses; optimize channels and messaging.
• Partner with hiring managers to calibrate searches and improve hiring decisions.
• Own candidate momentum from first outreach through interviews and close hires.
• Track funnel metrics and adapt strategies to improve outcomes.
