Cummins Latin America is seeking a LATAM Process Excellence & Talent Attraction Specialist to support Talent Acquisition across Latin America, with bases in San Luis Potosí, Mexico or Guarulhos, Brazil. This role drives process standardization, data-driven insights, and innovative sourcing strategies across multiple countries.

Responsabilidades
- Lead continuous improvement and standardization of Talent Acquisition processes across LATAM.
- Identify gaps, perform root-cause analysis, implement corrective actions to boost efficiency and quality.
- Standardize recruiting processes, governance, and controls aligned with global standards.
- Manage regional dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs to drive insights and recommendations.
- Analyze time-to-fill, cycle time, funnel conversion, candidate and hiring manager experience, and DE&I metrics.
- Partner with regional/global teams to implement new tools, automation and AI-enabled solutions.
- Drive change management, training, and adoption of new solutions and ways of working.
- Support Employer Branding initiatives aligned with global strategies and local market needs.
