Cummins México is seeking a LATAM Process Excellence & Talent Attraction Specialist to drive TA operational excellence across Latin America. Based in San Luis Potosí, MX or Guarulhos, BR, you will lead process improvements, analytics, and employer branding initiatives to optimize hiring outcomes.

You will partner with regional/global teams to deploy new tools, AI-driven solutions, and data-driven strategies, while ensuring alignment with global standards and local requirements.

Formación

• Strong Talent Acquisition experience and end-to-end recruiting knowledge.
• Experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Excellence or HR Operations.
• Experience leading or supporting continuous improvement and process standardization.
• Ability to translate recruiting data and KPIs into actionable insights.
• Experience building and using dashboards and performance reports.
• Knowledge of TA/HR technologies, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic regional setting.
• Excellent communication and collaborative, cross-cultural skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset focused on customer experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead process standardization and continuous improvement across TA in LATAM.
• Identify gaps, perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Standardize recruiting processes with global standards and local needs.
• Analyze regional TA dashboards and KPIs to drive recommendations.
• Monitor time-to-fill, cycle time, funnel conversion, and candidate experience.
• Support workforce planning, forecasting, and capacity planning.
• Partner with regional/global teams to implement new tools and AI solutions.
• Drive change management, training and adoption of new solutions.
• Implement Employer Branding and EVP aligned with regional needs.
• Support recruitment marketing and university relations initiatives.
• Measure effectiveness of branding and channels to optimize ROI.
• Analyze talent market trends to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with TA, HRBP and leaders to ensure alignment.
