Iron Mountain is seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Coordinator for LATAM who thrives in high-volume, fast-paced environments. You will manage candidate flow, schedule interviews, and partner with recruiters and hiring managers across multiple countries, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, English fluency, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, with internship or 1+ year in HR or recruitment.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to handle confidential information.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Strong communication, proactive and customer-focused approach.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Workday ATS and Google Workspace tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews for professional vacancies.
• Support recruiters, hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Track completion of pre-employment vetting and assist onboarding processes for new hires.
• Support with miscellaneous projects related to recruitment.
• Triage inquiries and connect stakeholders to the right subject matter expert.
• Process contractor conversion offers in Workday as needed.
• General administrative work as needed.
