Job summary

Iron Mountain in Mexico and LATAM regions seeks a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruitment across Chile, Argentina, Perú, México, Colombia and Brazil. This high-volume role rewards precision, organization, and a candidate-centric approach.

You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers, schedule interviews, track pre-employment vetting, assist onboarding, and handle inquiries. A Bachelor's degree and bilingual English capability are required; Workday and Google Workspace

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least one year of relevant HR/Recruitment experience (internships acceptable).
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to handle confidential information in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required; strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and partner with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews for professional vacancies and ensure a positive experience for all parties.
• Track completion of pre-employment vetting and support onboarding processes for new hires.
