• Ensure adherence to both local and international shipping regulations.
• Negotiate agreements with freight forwarders and logistics service providers.
• Track supply chain performance and implement improvements to processes.
• Manage inventory to reduce costs and avoid stock shortages.
• Generate reports on logistics performance, expenses, and operational risks.
