Flowserve, a world-leading provider of flow-control solutions, seeks a Specialized Care Manager for LATAM HR to guide employee and labor relations, compliance, and workforce planning across Latin America. The role collaborates with leaders to ensure organizational effectiveness and risk mitigation.

Ideal candidate brings 7+ years in HR, strong employment law knowledge, and fluent English and Spanish, with experience in unionized environments.

Formación

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience including employee and labor relations.
• Experience supporting LATAM countries and unionized environments preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with leaders to support business objectives and workforce strategies across LATAM.
• Lead complex employee and labor relations matters across LATAM.
• Provide guidance on employment law, compliance, and risk management.
• Support workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and organizational changes.
• Coach leaders on performance management, employee experience, and people practices.
• Partner with Legal, HR Centers of Excellence, and business stakeholders to deliver people solutions and drive organizational effectiveness.
