Flowserve is seeking a Specialized Care Manager, LATAM, to partner with leaders on workforce strategy and complex employee relations across Latin America. You will guide compliance, risk management and labor law matters while supporting workforce planning and organizational changes.

The role requires a Bachelor's in HR/Business/Labor Relations, 7+ years of HR experience, and fluency in English and Spanish, with preference for LATAM multi-country exposure and union environments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Labor Relations or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience including employee and labor relations.
• Experience supporting LATAM countries and union environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws across LATAM.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business leaders to support objectives and workforce strategies.
• Lead complex employee and labor relations matters across LATAM.
• Provide guidance on employment law, compliance, and risk management.
• Support workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and organizational changes.
• Coach leaders on performance, employee experience and people practices.
• Collaborate with Legal and HR Centers of Excellence to deliver people solutions.
