Flowserve, a global leader in flow control solutions, is seeking a Specialized Care Manager, LATAM, to act as strategic HR partner across Latin America, handling employee and labor relations, compliance and workforce planning.

You will guide organizational change, coach leaders on performance and people practices, and collaborate with Legal and HR Centers of Excellence to deliver people solutions across LATAM.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Labor Relations or related field.
• 7+ years progressive HR experience including employee and labor relations.
• Experience supporting multiple LATAM countries and unionized environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws across Latin America.
• Excellent consultative, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.

The Specialized Care Manager, LATAM serves as a strategic HR partner supporting business leaders across Latin America in employee relations, labor relations, workforce planning, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. This role provides expert guidance on complex employee and labor matters, drives workforce initiatives, supports organizational change, and helps mitigate business and people-related risks while ensuring compliance with local employment laws.

Key Responsibilities
