Ingram Micro seeks a Xvantage Tech Leader LATAM to drive the technical delivery of Xvantage Integrations, helping customers design, implement, and scale integration solutions across LATAM. You will work closely with customers, Sales, Engineering, and Regional XI Advisors to translate business needs into scalable API- and integration hub-based solutions, enabling platform adoption and growth.

This role requires a Bachelor's in CS/Engineering/IT and 5+ years in solution architecture or related

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, Systems Integration, or Platform Engineering.
• Experience with APIs, enterprise integrations, and customer-facing technical roles.
• Advanced English and Spanish required; Portuguese is a plus.

About The Role

As a Xvantage Tech Leader LATAM, you will lead the technical delivery of Xvantage Integrations by helping customers design, implement, and scale integration solutions that drive business growth and platform adoption.

Working closely with customers, Sales, Engineering, and Regional XI Advisors, you will translate business needs into scalable technical solutions leveraging APIs, ETO, Integration Hub, MCP, and future Xvantage capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and validate integration architectures aligned with customer requirements.
• Support discovery sessions and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Guide customers through implementation, onboarding, and go-live.
• Act as the regional technical expert for XI initiatives across LATAM.
• Drive adoption of Xvantage integration capabilities and best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, Systems Integration, or Platform Engineering.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English and Spanish required; Portuguese is a plus.
