Ingram Micro in Mexico City seeks a Xvantage Tech Leader LATAM to drive technical delivery of integrations, translating business needs into scalable solutions and guiding customers from discovery to go-live across LATAM.

You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Regional XI Advisors to design architectures, enable adoption of APIs, MCP, and Integration Hub, and accelerate customer success across the region.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years in Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, Systems Integration, or Platform Engineering.
• Experience with APIs, enterprise integrations, and customer-facing technical roles.
• Advanced English and Spanish required; Portuguese is a plus.

Mission: Turn integration strategies into successful customer implementations across LATAM.

About the Role

As a Xvantage Tech Leader LATAM, you will lead the technical delivery of Xvantage Integrations by helping customers design, implement, and scale integration solutions that drive business growth and platform adoption.

Working closely with customers, Sales, Engineering, and Regional XI Advisors, you will translate business needs into scalable technical solutions leveraging APIs, ETO, Integration Hub, MCP, and future Xvantage capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and validate integration architectures aligned with customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with APIs, enterprise integrations, and customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English and Spanish required; Portuguese is a plus.

APIs, REST, JSON, ERP Integrations, eCommerce Platforms, Middleware, Cloud Technologies, AI Integrations, MCP, Technical Presales, and Solution Architecture.
