DataXstream LLC seeks an experienced LATAM Software Sales Director based in Mexico to drive new accounts and expand within the SAP customer base across Mexico and LATAM. You will co-sell with SAP AEs and ecosystem partners to source pipeline while guiding AEs in regional opportunities.

You will lead sales plans to meet quotas, respond to RFPs, and maintain a current understanding of DataXstream products and SAP trends. Equal opportunity employer.

Formación

• Based in CDMX, Mexico.
• 7+ years of proven experience in SAP related products.
• Experience with S/4HANA, ECC, SAP Public Cloud, or SAP BTP.
• Experience co-selling with SAP partners is a strong plus.
• Bilingual Spanish/English (written and spoken).
• Experience managing a client portfolio and complex sales cycles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot).

Responsabilidades

• Generate new accounts and expand existing business within the installed SAP customer base in Mexico and LATAM.
• Identify and qualify opportunities tied to SAP lifecycle events (S/4HANA migrations, digital transformation projects).
• Actively co-sell with SAP Account Executives and ecosystem partners (SIs, VARs) to source and advance pipeline.
• Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed quarterly/annual quota.
• Prepare proposals and respond to RFPs, articulating the value of DataXstream's integration solutions against competitors.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of DataXstream's product and of SAP ecosystem trends.
• Build strong working relationships with Technical, Services, Marketing teams, and strategic partners.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date forecast in the CRM.
