Forvis Mazars is seeking an experienced Regional Chief Information Officer to lead technology strategy and execution across LATAM from Mexico. The role links Group Technology with regional leadership and local IT teams to drive service delivery, cybersecurity, governance and transformation.

The Regional CIO will partner with Group technology and country leaders to translate business priorities into actionable technology initiatives, oversee budgets and KPIs, and travel across LATAM as required.

Formación

• Senior technology leadership experience such as CIO or Regional CIO.
• Experience leading technology across LATAM or multi-country regions.
• Strong IT operations, infrastructure, networks, cloud environments, cybersecurity, ITSM and enterprise service management.
• Proven experience driving technology transformation and operating model change.
• Understanding FinOps, budgeting, vendor management, cost optimization and performance management.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and align cross-country teams.
• Executive presence and ability to communicate complex tech topics clearly to technical and business audiences.
• Fluent English; additional LATAM languages are valued.
• Willingness to travel across LATAM.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technology strategy and execution across LATAM, aligning Group Technology, regional priorities, and country needs.
• Act as a technology partner to regional leadership, translating priorities into actionable initiatives.
• Drive cross-country IT service delivery and regional KPIs across LATAM.
• Collaborate with Group Technology on Cloud, M365, ServiceNow, Network, Infrastructure and Security.
• Strengthen cybersecurity and risk management framework across the region.
• Lead regional technology transformation initiatives with strong governance.
• Oversee regional technology financial management and FinOps.
• Develop capabilities and promote knowledge sharing across countries.
• Build relationships with Country CIOs, IT leaders and external vendors.
• Provide clear visibility to leadership on priorities, performance, risks, capacity and investments.
