Ennismore is seeking a Head of Technology, LATAM in Cancún, Mexico to lead regional tech strategy, oversee IT operations across hotels, and drive digital transformation across the portfolio.

You will partner with General Managers and department heads to identify tech needs, build a regional IT team, and ensure high availability, security, and performance while aligning with global standards. Travel across LATAM will be required.

Formación

• Significant experience in a senior technology leadership role within hospitality.
• Hands-on knowledge of hotel systems (PMS, POS, revenue management).
• Experience managing technology across multiple properties in LATAM.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead LATAM technology strategy and roadmap aligned with global standards.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, and systems across all hotels in the region.
• Lead selection and deployment of core hotel systems and guest platforms.
• Mentor regional IT teams and drive a culture of service and continuous improvement.
• Manage cybersecurity, data privacy, budgets, and vendor relations.
