Next Frontier Capital is seeking a Tech Risk & Controls Director in Mexico City to shape and implement the firm's technology risk strategy. You will work with Product Owners, Business Control Managers, regulators, and auditors to ensure controls meet regulatory standards and industry best practices.

You will lead large teams, drive risk-informed decisions, and oversee control design, testing, and remediation across IAM/PAM, data security, and incident learnings-to-controls loops.

Formación

• 12+ years of experience in technology risk management, information security, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement technology risk management strategies, policies, and processes to identify, assess, and mitigate risks.
• Identify and elevate emerging technology risk and provide expert counsel to stakeholders regarding security obligations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with regulators, auditors, and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with standards.
• Manage reporting and governance of controls, policies, and measurements for senior leadership.
