Crawford & Company seeks a seasoned LATAM IT leader to direct IT development, infrastructure, security and governance across six countries. You will partner with Global IT and report to International CIO, shaping technology strategy, driving digital transformation and service delivery.

Formación

• At least 10 years of IT leadership and large-scale project experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/IS/Engineering; MBA or tech-related master preferred.
• ITIL, CISSP, CISM, Azure Solutions Architect, TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, PMP certifications are desirable.
• Willingness to travel within Latin America.

Responsabilidades

• Direct IT development, infrastructure installation and maintenance across LATAM.
• Lead cybersecurity governance and compliance with regional requirements.
• Define and execute Latin America technology strategy aligned with global objectives.
• Oversee service delivery, digital transformation, and project management plans.
• Manage regional cloud strategy, disaster recovery, and IT asset governance.
• Collaborate with Global IT and Compliance to ensure standardized practices.
