AccorCorpo is seeking a Head of Technology, LATAM to shape the regional tech strategy and lead IT operations across our hotels. You will drive digital transformation and oversee core systems, ensuring high availability and security.

The role requires strong leadership across properties, knowledge of PMS/POS, and travel within LATAM. Fluent English and Spanish are essential; Portuguese is a plus. Looking for a strategic thinker who can roll up sleeves when needed.

Formación

• Senior leadership experience in technology, preferably in hospitality or multi-property environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of PMS, POS and revenue management platforms.
• Experience managing technology across multiple properties in LATAM.
• Strong people leadership with ability to build distributed regional teams.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead the LATAM technology strategy and roadmap.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, and systems for hotels across the region.
• Lead selection and support of core systems (PMS, POS, revenue management, guest platforms).
• Partner with GMs and department heads to identify tech needs and deliver solutions.
• Build and manage a regional IT team focused on service and continuous improvement.
• Drive cybersecurity and data privacy compliance across the region.
• Manage relationships with regional tech vendors and contracts.
• Own the regional technology budget and align spend with business goals.
• Support new openings, transitions, and renovations with tech deployments.
• Collaborate with global IT, Digital, and Revenue Management teams.
• Stay current on hospitality tech trends to enhance guest and employee experience.
