Clarios seeks a senior digital transformation leader to drive IT–business partnerships across LATAM, leading demand governance, process simplification, intelligent automation, and AI‑enabled initiatives. You will define data strategy, champion change management, and collaborate with HR, Legal, and EHS to realize measurable value.

Travel and regional coordination are expected. Ideal candidate has 5–8+ years in IT/digital roles, strong governance, hands‑on data analytics, and fluency in English;

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, engineering, or related field.
• 5–8+ years in IT, digital, or business technology roles for corporate functions.
• Proven experience in IT demand management and governance.
• Experience with value realization and business case development.
• Experience with process automation and digital transformation.
• Hands-on experience with data analytics and data governance.
• Experience in multi-country or regional environments preferred.
• Knowledge of tools such as Workday, TMF, ADP; Enablon, Cority preferred.
• Fluent in English; Spanish/Portuguese a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as liaison between IT and HR, Legal, EHS stakeholders.
• Govern demand intake, prioritization, and value realization with automation focus.
• Challenge business requirements to remove non-value-added activities.
• Support business case development aligned to productivity gains, risk reduction, cost optimization, and employee experience.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, data governance, and security standards.
• Lead initiatives to simplify, standardize, and digitize core processes across HR, Legal, and EHS.
• Identify and eliminate redundant workflows.
• Drive adoption of workflow automation tools, RPA, low-code, and digital forms.
• Promote an “automation-first” mindset across functions.
• Lead design and deployment of AI-powered solutions (HR chatbots, contract analysis, predictive analytics).
• Drive POCs and scale successful use cases.
• Collaborate with data science and architecture teams for secure, scalable AI adoption.
• Partner with Product Owners to deploy digital/AI solutions across LATAM.
• Define and execute data strategies for HR, Legal, and EHS; enable hub-and-spoke architecture.
• Promote data insights: workforce analytics, legal risk metrics, and EHS indicators.
• Position data as a strategic business asset.
• Lead change management, coordinate UAT/go-live/hypercare, and track value metrics.
• Drive adoption and optimization of digital solutions; build stakeholder trust.
• Build relationships with HR, Legal, and EHS leadership; co-create high-impact use cases.
• Bridge global strategies with regional execution; travel regionally as needed.
