Riskified seeks a Presales Solutions Architect for LATAM to lead technical discovery, scope integrations, and manage multi-stakeholder evaluations. You will coordinate with product, engineering, data science, and security to craft compelling proofs of concept and ROI analyses for the region.

Based in LATAM with willingness to travel, you will position the Riskified portfolio and tailor demonstrations to fraud analysts, engineers, and executives, supporting deals from first meeting through

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a presales role such as Solutions Architecture, Solutions Engineering, or Sales Engineering.
• Proven experience scoping technical integrations during the sales cycle and managing complex, multi-stakeholder evaluations.
• Strong grasp of APIs, webhooks, data flows, and ecommerce/payments architecture.
• Track record of winning deals through demos, RFPs, proofs of concept, and ROI modeling.
• Knowledge of LATAM payments landscape, including local payment methods and regional data-protection rules.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical discovery to map checkout, payments, and order-management flows before contract signature.
• Build integration plans with solution design, data and API requirements, effort estimates, timelines, and owners.
• Act as project manager for the technical side of opportunities, tracking milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Security during the sales cycle to answer requirements.
• Design and run proofs of concept and pilots, with success criteria and readouts.
• Own the technical sections of RFPs and security/privacy questionnaires for LATAM opportunities.
• Represent LATAM market realities back to Product and Engineering, including local methods and regional data rules.
