Job summary

ByteDance's Lark team is seeking a seasoned Solutions Engineer to enable partner-led opportunities across LATAM. You will translate customer workflows into compelling demos, PoCs, and architecture designs, collaborating with Sales, Partners, Product, and Customer Success to scale Lark's AI-powered collaboration platform.

The role requires 5+ years in SaaS pre-sales, fluency in English and Spanish, and willingness to travel across LATAM.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering / Pre-Sales / SaaS environment.
• Ability to position AI/LLM use cases in business scenarios and explain value.
• Proven track record delivering customer-facing demos and PoCs.

Responsibilities

• Act as a core technical stakeholder across the end-to-end sales cycle, supporting partner-led opportunities
• Deliver high-impact, value-based demos and PoCs tailored to customer use cases
• Provide timely technical support during the sales process, including architecture design and RFI/RFP responses
• Lead technical discovery by understanding customer workflows, challenges, and success criteria
• Collaborate with channel partners to enable, co-sell, and scale technical capabilities across LATAM
• Develop repeatable playbooks and assets for LATAM expansion
