Confidential is seeking a qualified Payroll Analyst to oversee all aspects of LATAM payroll. You will supervise day-to-day processing, ensure accuracy, compliance with regulations, and coordinate with ADP and the People+Talent team. Strong data controls and reporting are required.

The role requires 3+ years of LATAM payroll experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and excellent Excel and communication skills. You will work with cross-functional teams to improve processes and ensure timely payroll

Formación

• 3+ years of experience running and managing a complex payroll across LATAM countries.
• Knowledge of applicable payroll laws, codes, regulations and standards.
• Experience with ADP People+Talent / Payroll system.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, and control all aspects of the Company’s payroll function for LATAM; supervise day-to-day payroll processing.
• Audit payroll documents and reports for accuracy; ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Enter payroll data into ADP; process calculations and post actions.
• Coordinate with People+Talent team to validate data for audits and updates.
• Respond to payroll queries related to retroactive pay, taxes, and other issues.
• Collaborate with ADP or payroll vendors to ensure timely paycheck distribution.
