MissionHires is looking for a General Manager to lead and scale its Fintech app in Spanish-speaking Latin American regions. The ideal candidate will manage P&L, grow community relationships, and implement marketing strategies.

Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish, have 8+ years of experience in high-growth environments, and demonstrate success in P&L ownership. The role offers a chance to work within a dynamic culture focused on community engagement and growth.

Formación

• 8+ years in high-growth environments (startups, marketing, scale-ups, or similar).
• Proven P&L ownership with track record of hitting revenue and profitability targets.
• Hands-on experience in offline and performance marketing (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end P&L for assigned corridors, delivering revenue growth and profitability.
• Build trust-based relationships with diaspora communities via in-person and online engagement.
• Plan, launch, and optimize offline and online advertising campaigns.

Conocimientos

Fluency in English and Spanish

Strong business development

Experience managing influencers

Educación

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
