Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. in Mexico City offers a hybrid role focused on HR Operations for LATAM. You will act as the primary escalation point for HR processes, benefits, leave, HRSD, and payroll, guiding Specialists and Coordinators and driving cross-functional resolutions.

The role requires 5+ years in HR Operations across LATAM, strong Workday HCM and ServiceNow HRSD knowledge, and the ability to develop SOPs and training content with the LATAM SSC Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or accounting.
• 5+ years in HR Operations/Shared Services across LATAM.
• Experience supporting Mexico and LATAM HR processes.
• Strong knowledge of benefits and leave administration.
• Advanced Workday HCM and ServiceNow HRSD knowledge.
• Ability to develop SOPs, training content, and controls.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary functional escalation point for HR Operations, benefits, leave, HRSD, Workday HCM, and Tier 1 payroll.
• Translate LATAM SSC priorities into clear operational actions and deliverables.
• Provide guidance to Specialists and Coordinators on complex scenarios.
• Coordinate cross-functional issue resolutions and risk elevates.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, knowledge articles, and training with the LATAM SSC Manager.
• Support onboarding of additional LATAM countries into the Shared Services model.
