Qualifications

• Proficient typing and intermediate Excel skills.
• Familiar with HR ERP systems such as SAP HCM or Dayforce.
• Demonstrates professional maturity and discretion with sensitive data.
• Organized with strong attention to detail and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for HR inquiries and programs.
• Support payroll data preparation and validation for LATAM.
• Assist with regional HR processes ensuring compliance and consistency.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Maintain HR documentation and employee records for training and performance.
