Job summary

Ennismore is seeking a hands-on Technology Coordinator to support three properties in Mexico City, ensuring IT infrastructure runs smoothly across Hyde Mexico City Reforma, Mama Shelter Roma, and Mondrian Mexico City Condesa. You will assist with operations, end-user support, and project coordination in a hospitality multi-site setting.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting IT operations across multiple sites.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day IT operations across three properties.
• Provide end-user technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity.
• Coordinate IT projects like infrastructure upgrades and network improvements.
• Work with on-site teams to align tech support with business needs.
• Maintain IT infrastructure administration, patching, and basic troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with third-party providers on service requests and contracts.
• Assist with technology elements for openings.
• Manage network environments and WAN links; escalate complex issues.
• Ensure cybersecurity and PCI data protection compliance.
• Manage endpoint devices via Intune MDM when applicable.
• Maintain records of IT assets, licenses, incidents, and projects.
• Stay curious about new technologies to improve guest experience.
• Carry out any other reasonable responsibilities.
