Ennismore seeks a Brand & Culture Director for the LATAM & Caribbean region, based in Cancun. You will lead marketing plans for new openings and established properties across Hyde, SLS, and Park Royal, shaping the global brand vision and guest experience standards.

Reporting to the VP Brand Marketing, you’ll forge regional partnerships, manage budgets, recruit marketing talent, travel to properties, and drive storytelling that grows brand love and commercial results.

Qualificações

• 8+ years marketing experience across multiple touchpoints.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Strong ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Lead marketing plans for LATAM & Caribbean for new openings and existing properties across Hyde, SLS, and Park Royal.
• Collaborate with property marketing teams and GMs to align on commercial targets and brand standards.
• Recruit marketing talent in LATAM and Caribbean properties as needed and onboard new starters.
