Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in growth, partnerships, community, marketing, or equivalent.
• Based in Mexico, Colombia, or another LatAm country.
• Comfortable working fully remotely with an async-first global team.

Responsabilidades

• Drive growth in candidate sign-ups and engagement across LatAm markets.
• Build partnerships with universities and community groups.
• Provide market intelligence to optimize outreach strategies.
