PepsiCo in Mexico is seeking a LATAM Commercial Finance Analyst to support direct profit planning, reporting and control across LatAm. You will consolidate topline, NRR, innovation, and run OT P&L trackers, partnering with FP&A and Category Finance teams to deliver accurate data for decision making.

Responsibilities include SLA management, dashboard development, and quarterly AOP forecasting. Fluency in Spanish and English, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and solid knowledge of P&L drivers are

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics or finance.
• Intermediate Excel skills required; Advanced Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
• Experience with Power Query, VBA and Power BI.
• Spanish native, English fluent.
• Strong understanding of P&L drivers.

Responsabilidades

• Consolidate LatAm topline, NRR, and innovation reporting.
• Lead and support LATAM COMCAT in OT P&L tracking and dashboards.
• Partner with FP&A and Category Finance to deliver accurate information.
• Ensure SLA fulfillment with GBS Finance clients in LatAm.
• Prepare Fcst/AOP forecasts and maintain planning models.
