PepsiCo in Mexico City seeks a LATAM MCC Opex Analyst to plan, report and monitor Move expenses with focus on Brazil and support for LATAM regions. You will provide accurate data, forecasts and SLA-aligned spend management.

Requirements include 2+ years in finance, advanced Excel and PowerPoint, fluent Spanish and English (Portuguese preferred). The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and P&L understanding within a multicultural team.

Formación

• Education: Finance, Economics, Engineering, Administration.
• Minimum 2 years in Finance.
• Computer literate – Advanced Excel, PowerPoint.
• Language: Spanish and English fluent; Portuguese preferred.
• Understanding of a P&L and its drivers.
• Blend of control and planning finance.
• Ability to understand financial models and scenarios.
• Strategic Thinking and Planning skills.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams and with a multicultural experience.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver monthly budget act/fcst with special focus on non-labor expense; own all submissions.
• Review Freights and warehousing actuals during pre-close/close with Functions; deliver LE & flash submission to functions highlighting main deviations and R&O.
• Build forecast by account, month, and sub-function with clear understanding of all spend in AOP and Forecast.
• Deliver monthly budget execution R&O.
• Lead Move budget build-up, including analysis and alignment with sub-functions function.
• Track KPIs: forecast accuracy, on time delivery, etc.
• Support the planning, implementation and development the LATAM Move operating procedures and Service Level Agreements, ensuring deliverables excellence.
• Create and maintain relationships with clients ensuring a business partner relationship.
• Develop cross divisional relations, establishing trust and understanding to affect improvements.
