PepsiCo is seeking a Finance Analyst to plan, report, and monitor Move expenses for LATAM with emphasis on Brazil. You will prepare OPEX analyses, forecast spend, and ensure SLAs are met, collaborating with the SCF team and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications include 2+ years in Finance, Advanced Excel/PowerPoint, and fluent Spanish/English; Portuguese preferred. This role offers growth in a global, diverse, and inclusive environment with extensive learning and wellness programs.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in Finance organization.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese preferred.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.
• Strong understanding of P&L and its drivers.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver monthly budget act/forecast with focus on non-labor expense.
• Review freight and warehousing actuals during close and communicate deviations.
• Build forecast by account, month, and sub-function with spend awareness.
• Lead MOVE budget build-up and ensure alignment with sub-functions.
• Track KPIs like forecast accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Support LATAM Move procedures and SLA adherence.
• Develop cross-divisional relationships to drive improvements.
• Act as main SCF point of contact and guide OpEx processes.
