PepsiCo in Mexico City is seeking a Commercial Performance Analyst to support Sales Enablement and Performance Management by analyzing data, monitoring initiatives, and helping teams optimize execution. You will work with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate information, track performance, and identify opportunities to simplify reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Administration, Engineering, Data Analytics, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, commercial analytics, sales operations, business planning, reporting, or related area.
• Advanced Excel skills with data analysis, pivot tables, and large datasets.
• Experience with Power BI and reporting tools, dashboards, trackers, or data management processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify trends and opportunities.
• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and consolidate data to monitor performance of key commercial initiatives.
• Maintain playbooks, trackers, and reporting tools for accuracy and accessibility.
• Support regular performance reports and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Improve reporting and tracking processes to reduce manual work and increase efficiency.
• Monitor data quality across sources and coordinate corrections.
• Track program components including forecasts, POS changes, visuals, sell sheets, and materials.
• Pull early indicator data from POET to support performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Portfolio Planning, Customer, and Sales teams.
