PepsiCo Mexico invites applications for an FP&A Senior Analyst at the LAB, focusing on the FP&A cycle, close analysis, latest estimates, and monthly forecasting to support performance and decision-making.

You will lead month-end close, consolidate P&L, track variances, ensure internal controls, provide ad-hoc insights, and drive continuous improvement in planning and reporting, collaborating with cross-functional teams across the business.

Formación

• Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Administration background.
• 3-5 years experience in Finance organization.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Understanding of a P&L and its drivers.
• Blend of control and planning finance.
• Ability to understand financial models and scenarios.

Responsabilidades

• Manage month-end close activities, ensuring timely, accurate financial reporting.
• Consolidate and analyze P&L performance.
• Track actuals vs. plan/fcst to highlight performance gaps.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audits, and claim settlements.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting accuracy, and forecasting models.
• Work closely with FP&A team to ensure accuracy of key deliverables.
