PepsiCo Mexico City is seeking an SC Associate Analyst to lead the development of the Annual Operating Plan and drive productivity for Fleet and Distribution Centers. You will consolidate cost data from all MOVE areas and provide a comprehensive view to support leadership decisions and reviews.

You will allocate resources, manage budgets, and coordinate with Finance, EHS, Controllership, VCT, and Real Estate to ensure budget visibility and governance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Logistics/Finance or related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in Logistics, Accountability, Finance or similar.
• Strong leadership capabilities.
• Effective communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; intermediate in Power BI; experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and related tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and productivity for Fleet and Distribution Centers.
• Consolidate financial information from all MOVE areas and provide a comprehensive view of national cost performance.
• Ensure operational continuity by allocating people and equipment resources according to budget.
• Assign and distribute budgets by site and cost center, ensuring accurate tracking with local teams and Finance.
• Oversee spend performance through coordination with local operations and financial partners.
• Align with Finance, EHS, Controllership, VCT, and Real Estate for budget visibility and governance.
• Manage controllable accounts for PMF operations.
• Provide visibility on non-controllable accounts to Finance for proper budget allocation.
• Partner with Engineering to manage budgets aligned to national site-renewal strategy.
• Coordinate with Fleet and DC Ops Facilitators on logistics materials distribution.
• Align with Real Estate on agreements, renewals, and inflation adjustments.
• Work with local teams on monthly adjustments, variances, and improvement opportunities.
• Lead operational improvement projects focused on service, productivity, and standardization.
• Ensure training, development, and safety programs for internal teams and suppliers.
• Lead weekly performance sessions with Warehouse and Fleet teams.
• Oversee Scorecard completion and provide active KPI feedback.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with other business units.
